That is such a beautiful place, what a great find. I can just imagine how awesome the night sky must be. You missed nothing back here but colddddddd weather. Give Sage and the gang a big hug.

Yes, the night sky is wonderful.
Amazingly land there is anywhere from $100 - $400 per acre, very affordable.
