I'm going to try this. It is about a fellow in Gilbert , Az who has lowered the temp on his property to 78 degrees in the summer. Now the neighbors are trying to get him to comply with their ideals and fine him $2500. and jail time for his beautiful garden. They say it's lowering their property values and littering. Plants?
